Index timeline

The Corporate Responsibility Index in Australia runs on an annual cycle in parallel to the Index in the UK as follows:

  • May: Companies invited to participate
  • July:  Corporate Responsibility Index introductory seminars
  • August: Company registration deadline
  • Sept/Oct: the CR Index is launched online
  • October: CR Index engagement workshops are held with participating companies
  • Nov/Dec: Survey submission deadline
  • December/February: Validation process conducted 
  • March: Validation process completed and final results calculated
  • April: Individual feedback reports issued
  • May: Publication of the Corporate Responsibility Index results in The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age. The National Business Leaders Forum on Sustainable Development is held featuring the Corporate Responsibility Index Award Ceremony
