The Corporate Responsibility Index takes place every year. The process starts in July of each year, the Index survey goes live in July September each year and , the annual project process runs until May the following year. Over that time there are many different aspects to participation. This includes seminars and workshops, internal data collection, external validation by PricewaterhouseCoopers and an awards presentation at the National Business Leaders Forum on Sustainable Development held each year at Parliament House in Canberra. There is the option to entre the Index on a private basis for the first year as a transitional step to participating in the published Corporate Responsibility Index.
